BROKER FEES
The Math is Quite Simple
If you sell a property worth $100,000 our brokerage would take .002 times that sales price which is $200; at 3% your commission would be $3,000. Your check will be $2,800!

$100,000 x .002 = $200 | $3,000 - $200 = $2800
If you represent the buyer, there is a $189 Broker Transaction Fee
If you represent the seller, there is a $189 Broker Transaction Fee
If you represent both sides, there is a $378 Broker Transaction Fee
Transaction Fees (normally your client pays this)
This math never changes. If you sell a property worth $500,000, we take .002 times the sales price, $1,000; your commission would be $15,000. So your check will be $14,000!
