WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a wide-range of classes weekly on marketing, prospecting, social media, listing presentations and working with buyers and sellers as well as many, many other courses. Not only do we offer these live training classes, we also record all training and post the videos on our backagent system. We work with you one-on-one with specific questions you may have in getting up and running. If you can E-mail and operate a scanner, you can succeed with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage.
ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY FEES?
No! We have absolutely NO additional fees of any kind. No desk fees, no monthly fees, no franchise fees and no technology fees!
CAN I MARKET MY LISTINGS STATEWIDE
Yes! We are one of the few brokerages that allow our agents to put their listings in multiple MLS boards. We currently belong to Northeast Florida, St. Johns County, Gainesville, Tallahassee, the Emerald Coast, Flagler County, Daytona, Orlando, Tampa, Lake City, Port St. Lucie, West Palm and Miami. We are members of over 25 MLS boards
WHAT ARE THE FEES ON EACH TRANSACTION?
There is a fee of .002 x the sales price of each transaction. As an example, for a $100,000 sale there would be a $200 fee (100,000 x .002 = 200). There is a $189 seller transaction fee and a $189 buyer transaction fee.
HOW CAN YOU STAY IN BUSINESS PAYING 100% COMMISSION
We have been around since 2008 and are 100% debt-free. We make money on volume, closing thousands of transactions each year. We are financially stable and growing statewide every month!

We are a paperless company. We process hundreds of transactions each month. We use a system called BackAgent to make the transaction process smooth and easy. We authorize the title company to pay you at closing, provided we have all necessary documentation

Most of our agents, however, work independently from home.
