Requirements by Luxury Certification:
 

You may qualify to join the division by holding one of the following luxury certifications: FHRM Luxury Certification, Certified FHRM Luxury  Marketing Specialist™ (CFLMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Luxury Listing Specialist Designation (LUXE), or the Luxury Homes Certification from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
 

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
 

Each property transaction must be accompanied by one of the following supporting documentation options:
 

Option 1: MLS Listing sheet verifying the sold status and includes agent details; OR
 

Option 2: HUD Settlement Statement with Commission Disbursement Acknowledgement (CDA)
 

All supporting documentation must include the full property address, property type as residential, sold price, sold date, and verify the applicant as an agent for sale.
 

Please Note: The price of the FHHRM Luxury program is a $2,500 annual fee. The price of the FHRM Luxury program as a Team Member is a $995 annual fee but must have team leader of an FHRM Realty team that himself or herself is enrolled in FHRM Luxury. This only applies to Standard or Mega Icon Teams. All memberships include applicable sales tax.
